Most orders print and ship within 2–4 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment yours is on its way, and you can follow progress any time from your order history.

Yes — every order can include a free human proof. Request it at checkout and we'll review your actual file at your actual size and email you before anything goes to print. Nothing flagged prints without your OK.

We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC up to 50 MB. For sharpness guidance by print size, see our resolution guide.

White is the accurate, all-purpose choice; silver adds metallic shine to bright areas. Our finish guide walks through it, and you can toggle between them live in the designer.

We do — same studio, no extra charge. Head to the Etsy handoff page, enter your order number, and start designing in seconds.

Metal prints ship in rigid, corner-protected mailers; mats ship rolled in a sturdy tube. Everything is made to order in the USA and packed to arrive ready to hang or roll out flat.

If your print arrives damaged or there's a defect on our end, we'll reprint or refund it — just email us a photo within 30 days. Because each piece is custom-made to your file, we can\'t accept change-of-mind returns.

Reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production yet we can usually update or cancel it; once it\'s printing we're no longer able to make changes.
